3D Shirt Designer ("the App") provides garment customization functionality ("the Service") to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, as permitted by Shopify.

Additionally, once you install or use the App, we may collect the following information from you and/or your customers:

Merchant Information

• Information about individuals who access the App on behalf of your store

• Information about cookies installed on the device
• Order-related data necessary to provide the Service

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using technologies such as Cookies, Log Files, Web Beacons, Tags, and Pixels.

We use the personal information collected to:

• Process and display garment customization data

• Verify and maintain account security
• Optimize and improve the App
• Provide updates, marketing communications, or relevant product information

The App retrieves order IDs via Shopify’s Admin Extension and accesses associated line item field values to display the customer’s customization inputs for that order.
